Thursday, Dec. 12th – The Robin Theatre – Lansing: Michigander with Jake LeMond
Midwest icon Michigander is playing an intimate set this Thursday in Lansing that’s bound to warm you up from this cold winter. He usually does this once a year, so don’t miss out! Not to mention Jake LeMond will be playing a stripped down set that will fit the show perfectly.
Friday, Dec. 13th – The Barn Student Ministry – Canton: American Arson, MEANDTHEDOG, Formerly Bodies and Kept on Hold
This year marks the 17th annual Barn Ugly Sweater Christmas Show! This show is completely free and open to all ages.
Saturday, Dec. 14th – The Loving Touch – Ferndale: A Year in New York with Kimball, Leland Blue, and Wakeview
This Saturday’s show featuring four local artists – A Year in New York, Kimball, Leland Blue, and Wakeview – is going to remind you how outstanding the Michigan music scene is. Make sure to head over to hear all kinds of amazing music. Not to mention, we haven’t seen A Year in New York in almost a year!
Saturday, Dec. 14th – Shakespeare’s Lower Level – Kalamazoo: Narrow/Arrow with Moss Jaw, Lucius Fox, and Pooshka
Did someone say something about Midwest emo and alternative ambient shows? Because I have one right here! Kalamazoo show-goers, make sure to check out this gig over at Shakespeare’s (21+)
Saturday, December 14th – St. Andrews Hall – Detroit: Boys of Fall, Of Virtue, Kaledio, Gold Route, As We Divide
The weekend will get a little rowdy when Boys of Fall host their debut holiday show at St. Andrews Hall with support from the local alternative rock scene. Doors open at 6 P.M. and music is sure to start early.
